In 2020, Georgia began her journey at Bayley’s Taupo as the welcoming face in the reception desk. Within just nine months, she transitioned into the role of Auction Co-ordinator, efficiently managing the auction and tender portfolio alongside Grant Bayley, the Auctioneer for Bayleys Taupo/Turangi. One year into her new role and recognising her exceptional skills, Grant and Clare Bayley sought a Personal Assistant for their team. Impressed by Georgia's potential, they approached her with an offer for the new role, which she undoubtedly accepted.
Now with over five years’ of experience in the real estate industry and completing her real estate license in February 2024, Georgia continues to thrive, having the responsibility in managing Grant and Clare’s listing portfolios and marketing advertisements with precision.
